When you arrive at the house, it is important that you feel comfortable with the house as quickly as possible and feel at home. And there are a few formalities that need to be completed on arrival.

  • Quick start
  • Registration of guests

Guided tour through the house

Of course, the most important thing on vacation is to get the vacation feeling as quickly as possible. So that you don't suddenly find yourself standing somewhere and not knowing how something works or where to find something (which can happen quickly in the house), we will show you around the house and the property on arrival. Of course, you can always get in touch with us if you have any questions. you can also have a look here on the website to see how things work.

Quick start

Registration of guests

The laws in Italy stipulate that all guests, including children, must be registered. For this we need the identification documents (passport, identity card). The following registrations must be made.

  • Registration with the police in Volterra.
  • Registration of tourist data with the Province of Pisa
  • Payment of the tourist tax of the Comune Montecatini

We need the data from you for the registrations and then we take care of everything else.

This is done quickly for you, but must be done on the day of arrival.
